Yoga
I believe yoga is one of the best tools to help people feel more confident and comfortable within their bodies and minds.
I am a 300hr+ RYT and have been practicing yoga for the past 10 years. In addition, I have completed trainings in yin yoga, breath work and chair yoga. My teaching blends asanas, pranayama, and mediation in a vinyasa style class. I strive to inspire gratitude within each student for all they are capable of, and to create a safe, peaceful and accessible space.
Cacao Ceremonies
Previously, I personally used cacao for my own heart-opening practices as well as in ceremony with friends.
It wasn't until a trip to several Mayan villages in the Yucatán that transformed my relationship with it. This inspired me to dive deep into research and participation in Mayan ceremony so that I could share this practice in a way that honored its roots and power.
I currently offer cacao ceremonies in group or individual settings.

Sound Healing & Mindfulness
Since the dawn of time, humans have ritualistically used music and sounds to unlock emotions and bridge connections. I incorporate sound healing in many of my practices for this reason as an add-on to elevate somatic experiences.
My mindfulness style is rooted in both yogic wisdom and Tibetan Buddhism. This includes several different types of meditation and mindful breathing techniques that are designed to anchor us into the present moment.
